I challenged myself to turn scrap wood into three projects that don’t totally suck — and somehow ended up with a shelf, a knife, and a tribute to my grandpa.
In this video, I build:
A tiny jewelry shelf that actually fits on the wall
A bow knife for slicing homemade bread like a lumberjack
A remake of a stool my grandfather built decades ago — with some weird joinery I tried to figure out
These were all made from scraps lying around the shop, and they turned out way better than I expected (especially the knife — that one surprised me).
