I know how things can be, sometimes you can feel like you really lack the inspiration & motivation to be consistent & grind - to study hard towards your exams when you are a student in education.
It was the same for me, sometimes I had the motivation, sometimes I didn't. But in this video, I share the motivational speech & video I *wish* I'd heard, and how what you need isn't motivation, but something else.
Hope you enjoyed it, and leave your comments down below! Be sure to support me by clicking like, sharing & subscribing! study hard as it is your last day

![Why Sensitive People Are Actually the Strongest (The Science)
When I was younger, I was always called sensitive. The kid who felt things too much. Who took things too personally. Who could walk into a room and know something was off between two people before either of them said a word. For a long time I treated that as a flaw to manage. Heres the reframe I want to make the case for today, and Ill bring the actual science: the sensitivity I spent years apologising for, is closer to a strength than a weakness, and I can show you why in the research, in evolution, and in how the best facilitators and leaders Ive watched actually operate.
