- 4 drops saline solution (4:1)
- Strawberry-infused heavy cream, float
MATCHA MON
- 2 oz aged Jamaican rum
- 1½ oz (45 ml) matcha tea
- 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice
- ¾ oz (22.5ml) lime juice

- 1 tsp (5 ml) Green Chartreuse
- 4 drops saline solution (4:1)
