SPICY MAI TAI
1 oz Jamaican rum, Appleton
1 oz mezcal
0.75 oz chilli liqueur
0.25 oz dry curacao
1 oz lime juice
0.25 oz orgeat
0.25 oz cinnamon syrup

PASSION FRUIT MAI TAI
1.5 oz Jamaican rum, Smith & Cross
0.5 oz Cynar
0.25 oz dry Curacao
1 oz lime juice
0.25 oz orgeat
0.25 oz passion fruit syrup

I'm pretty happy with the initial result from the first two... the 3rd, not so much... so below you'll find the original recipe that I used in the video... and below it, you'll find a follow up recipe that I made a moment ago.

COFFEE MAI TAI
1 oz Jamaican rum
1 oz demerara rum
0.25 oz dry Curacao
1 oz lime juice
0.25 oz orgeat
0.25 oz pineapple syrup
2 dashes coffee bitters (bartend.link/coffee-bitters)

COFFEE MAI TAI - ADJUSTED
1.5 oz dark overproof rum, OFTD
0.5 oz coffee liqueur, Threefold Distilling (or Mr Black)
0.25 oz dry curacao
1 oz lime juice
0.5 oz orgeat
2 dashes coffee bitters
