Day 2 of a 3 day survival and bushcraft adventure. Teaming up with Drop Forge Survival for this adventure was epic and we're sure you will agree after watching. On day 2 I wake up early and build a warm bushcraft shelter out of materials I found in the nearby woods. We forged all day for wild edibles and hiked 7 miles to find good fishing. Finally when we were tired and hungry we pulled it off and caught a fish and frog for dinner and much needed calories. Although I took some protein bars and coffee we still relied on nature to sustain us. We finally arrive at camp and set up with fire and water again and cooked our meal. It then started raining and we had a lightning strike right next to us. We caught it on camera and you will have to watch to see how close it was! This was a rough first night because of the rain, and lightning all night long. Stay tuned for day 3. It was a great adventure with many challenges faced along the way.
