This plant has great medicinal value including high iron content that will help in cleaning the blood and the lymph system. You can also use this plant as a poultice to help reduce the histamine and help cool the redness of a cut or abrasion. Best used in salads or as a leaf vegetable. Used also as a medicine for anemia and bronchitis.
