I was a big fan of the Amiga demo scene bitd, not so with the C64 though, I don't remember seeing any demos on it tbh, so when I discovered GubbDATA, a C64 demo competition held in Sweden I just had to check it out. There's multiple categories, music, graphics, petscii; etc. Here's the top 3 finalists in the 'C64 Demo' category. There's some lovely artwork and nice graphical fx on display here plus some awesome SID tunes! It's great to see the old C64 still being shown some love after all these years. Check em out :)
