BLACK RIVER
Recipe by Jason E. Clapham (Oxford, England)
2/3 oz Montenegro
2/3 oz Aged Rum
2/3 oz Wray & Nephew Rum
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/orange peel
Enjoy responsibly!

FUNKY PIRATE
.50 oz (15 ml) Honey Syrup 2:1
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lime Juice
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Green Chartreuse
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Wray & Nephew Rum
2-3 dashes Celery bitters
Shake 10-15 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/lime wheel
