2 oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey (100 Proof)
.50 oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth
.50 oz (15 ml) See the Elephant Amaro
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Benedictine
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/cocktail cherry
WORKING FOR PEANUTS

.75 oz (22.5 ml) Laird's Straight Apple Brandy
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Smith & Cross Rum
.50 oz (15 ml) See the Elephant Amaro
.50 oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Honey Syrup (2:1)
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Shake 10-15 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish w/orange twist
