Take your #workout further by using tension and #tempo in this 25 minute circuit. This workout uses minimal equipment at home, so set yourself up with a chair, a slider that works for your floors (towel or book) and an optional low step.
Warm up - reverse step with reach - 2 per side
- B1. 1 1/4 split squat - 6 reps each side
- B2. One arm supported push ups - 6 reps each side
- C1. 1 1/4 hip extension - 12 reps
- C2. Towel hamstring curls - 10 reps
- D1. Reverse plank - 30 sec
- D2. Deep squat hold - 30 sec
Cool down - Thoracic chest opener - 2x 1 min
