A long term runner, based on Lidmotor's recent videos of his window ledge designs.
The need for only 1 1/2hrs of good light means the circuit and especially capacitors don't have to be subjected to strong sunlight. Such conditions can dry out the capacitors.
That is also why the solar cells are placed on the top of the design. The motor can be otherwise shaded.
Btw, the coil is from a dollar store solar waver and measures 500 ohms resistance.
