R/T for roasting tin !
Specs of the thing are:
Span - 12.6"
Length - 17"
Dollar Tree foamboard
GWS EDF40 with brushed motor (came from a crashed flying wing at a seconds store in 2009)
ESC - brushed, from a Harbor Freight plane
Receiver - AR6310
2x 3.7g servos for elevator and rudder
2S 260mA Venom lipo
Weight - 3.2oz
Hatcam has a Hubsan H107C camera, 1S 250mAh lipo
Sound from Philips CAM110
The Philips camera was placed on a plastic bag, sorry about the crinkle noises. Also, as can be seen at the end of the video it's a short distance away from me, but the audio is in sync.
Final pic is of how it looked at the end of the first set of trial flights, still with a piece of the now completely removed EDF ducting in place.
