Congratulations to the 19 recruits of SMFR 24-1 Academy on their graduation. These 19 recruits began their journey February 5, 2024 completing 20 grueling weeks, consisting of 10 hour days, 4 days a week under the leadership of Recruit Training officers; Captain Aaron Zimmerman, Lt. Travis McConnell, Engineer Todd Plumer, Firefighter Matt Rodgers, Firefighter Kylie Anderson, and Firefighter Morgan Hearne.
