The hardest part of getting to a post-satiety lifestyle is getting started. The first step is to get your expenses as low as possible. The more you save, the faster you can retire to post-satiety.

Start by asking yourself: what can I be happy without? Then, go through all your stuff and put everything you have either forgotten you had, or not even thought about since you got it into a pile. That pile can be sold to create a debt pay-down or starter fund for investing and you'll probably never miss it. The longer you go without using or even thinking about something, the better off you will be to sell it on Ebay or Craigslist or just discard it.

You'll be amazed at how liberating this can be.
