Star Trek Assumes a post-scarcity economy in which there is no need for possessions, no poverty, and money does not exist. In this video we explore how a free-market economy can use AI and automation to create a post-satiation economy that looks and operates nearly identically to the one portrayed in Star Trek.

Rather than applying AI to Robots and replicators manufacturing physical items and copying themselves, we'll speculate a bit on how applying AI and automation to managing our finances can make building starships, public replicators and public transporters possible, using nothing but capital formation and compounding.
