On October 22, 2025, the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) hosted the second NK Insider Forum, held in collaboration with the NGO Council for North Korean Human Rights (NCFNKHR) as part of the 2025 World Convention on North Korean Human Rights. The event aimed to amplify the voices of North Korean defectors and activists, featuring new stories through impactful storytelling.
