The full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 has caused immense human loss and significant destruction of Ukraine’s cities and towns. One of the groups most heavily impacted by the war is children. From abduction to forced erasure of their cultural identity, these children have borne a heavy toll of the Putin regime’s war on Ukraine.

HRF organizes an online panel to discuss this issue, featuring:
Daria Rabinovitsch - co-CEO of Helping to Leave, a humanitarian organization supporting evacuations from occupied regions.
Katya Pavlevych - advisor on abducted children at Razom for Ukraine and founder of Forget Us Not, an initiative coordinating civil society efforts to return abducted children.
