Introducing 2024 #AstronautScholar Jenna Karcheski and Jack Verich from the @uwmadison!
Jenna is pursuing a triple major in astronomy-physics, computer science and data science. Her research harnesses the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence to study astrophysical problems on all scales of the universe. Jack is pursuing a major in chemical engineering. He is conducting research at the Gebbie Lab at his university and investigating ionic liquids as alternatives to flammable organic electrolytes.
