Dillard University's 2022 Justice Revius O. Ortique Jr. Lecture on Law and Society featured Kim M. Boyle, vice-managing partner for Phelps Dunbar's New Orleans office and a member of the Dillard's Board of Trustees. The annual lecture was launched in 2010 to highlight the work of Ortique, who graduated from Dillard and became the first African-American justice elected to the Louisiana Supreme Court in 1992.
