South Dakota's Tornado Drill, sent in part of their Severe Weather Awareness Week for 2021. I did not have Iowa's broadcast, as their NWS office had began integrating the drill into their Weekly Tests. (though as of 2022 it seems that most, if not all other offices have integrated the drill into their weekly tests, wherever in SD this drill originated from included.)
As can be heard, the message is slightly altered from that of a normal Tornado Warning message, especially the constant mentions of "THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE" and the three locations the 'tornado' was spotted at replaced with 'TownA', 'TownB', and 'TownC'.
Captured on April 21, 2021 at around 9:30 AM CT. Recorded from a GV-USB2, VirtualDub2, and relayed from a Trilithic EASyPLUS. The rainbow pattern on-screen is a side effect of the EASyPLUS not having a video input plugged in.
