Taken from several VideoNow Jr. discs. This one in particular had the Clifford the Big Red Dog episodes "Little Clifford" and "Welcome to Birdwell Island."

There didn't seem to be a higher quality version of this online (besides an upload on the Internet Archive of all places), so hopefully this fills the void of camera recordings and low-resolution re-uploads. (knowing full well the same will likely happen with this video)
