Fortunately, the Volkswagen e-Golf has the 12V battery in an easily accessible location. The battery is placed just under the hood and it’s visible once you open it. This makes it easy to jump-start the vehicle when the small battery is completely dead. Also, you can easily replace the 12V battery when something is wrong and the car won’t start.
