After turning in my FOIA request at 1401 Main Street I walk to the Columbia Police Department to finish my audits. Columbia Police Sergeant earlier informed me that the Justice Square Lobby was open to the public today. At the main entrance an officer hands me the form, I walk through the parking lot, stop and speak with another auditor, later to be known as Eobard Thawne Audits.
I exit the lot and walk up the sidewalk.
