Richmond County Judicial Center
735 James Brown Boulevard
Augusta Georgia, 30901

Richmond County Marshals greeted me at the entrance, Sergeant answered questions
about photography on the property.
I walked through all three floors, offices, met the Solicitor, and talked to the Richmond County Deputies at the court rooms upstairs.
I then outside documented vehicles with window tent and parking violations.

Georgia Code Title 40. Motor Vehicles and Traffic § 40-6-203
Georgia's O.C.G.A. § 40-8-73.1 regulates vehicle window tinting.
Under this statute, you cannot legally tint the front windshield at all, and you cannot reduce light transmission through the rear windshield and windows to less than 32%, plus or minus 3%. The statute defines “light transmission" as ratio of the amount of total light, expressed in percentages, which is allowed to pass through a surface to the amount of light falling on the surface. Georgia Violation of the law by either driving a vehicle with illegal window tint or installing the illegal material is a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine up to $1,000 and/or up to 12 months imprisonment.
