911 is called on a Citizen Journalist reporting from the Dentsville Precinct on Election Day. The Poll Clerk insists that filming is not allowed inside of the voting precinct. The Forest Acres Police Department do not respond. The Director then calls 911 from downtown and gives a false report to the police in an effort to get the Richland County Sheriff's Department to respond.
