1966 French Grand PrixYou said: 1966 French Grand PrixThe 1966 French Grand Prix was a historic Formula One race won by Australian driver Jack Brabham on 3 July 1966 at the fast Reims-Gueux circuit.

Driving his own Brabham BT19, Brabham became the first driver in Formula One history to win a World Championship Grand Prix in a car bearing his own name.

The event served as the third round of the 1966 World Championship and marked the 60th anniversary of Grand Prix racing. It was also the 16th and final time the French Grand Prix was held on the public roads of Reims.
