At the modern history museum, housed in a former bus depot and known as the site of the first Wrocław demonstrations against communism, you'll learn about the city's history after World War II. You'll find out that with approximately 130,000 students across 28 universities, Wrocław is truly a city of young people. You can take a peek into the magnificent Leopold Hall, the university's ceremonial hall, ride the gondola lift connecting the two campuses of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology over the Oder river, and at the end of the day, enjoy a great dinner at the unique Konspira restaurant.
