K98 rattled through the majority of Sector 3 (northwest, western, north shore, northern lines) on Sunday, the 16th of April, 2023. S28 was originally intended for use on this tour for annual reaccreditation, but due to mechanical issues at FMC a few days prior, this was not possible. Nevertheless, the tour was enjoyable, with many activities available throughout the day, such as looking in the cab/s, a short-lived game of trivia, shenanigans involving the PA system, and of course, entering the Hornsby Car Sidings.
