Chapter 1 out of 6 for my biggest project yet, "How CityRail Fell", heavily based off "How CountryLink Fell" by @griffinrails. This video covers the period between CityRail's introduction in 1989, and highlighting events between it and the year of 1992, including the removal of the infamous "Red Rattler" trains.
