From the 14th to the 26th (technically) of April, all public transport vehicles within the Opal network will be be free of charge (even though you still need to tap). This is an apology gift from the NSW Government, from their chaos unleashed on the Sydney rail network for the past few months. I took advantage of this and spotted trains lineside at Normanhurst and Mount Kuring-gai. I also briefly met up with Trainity at Epping after we realised we were on the same train. (thanks for the footage btw)
