The program calculates the golden ratio by dividing successive Fibonacci numbers, starting with 1/1. It uses Q1.15 fixed point to first calculate the reciprocal of the lower Fibonacci value, then it multiplies that with the higher Fibonacci value to get the golden ratio in Q1.15 fixed point.
The answer is then converted to base 10 and then displayed.

The second value is 0 because the value is 2/1 which is equal to 2 but 2 cannot fit in Q1.15 fixed point, so the answer just shows as 0.

1.6187 is the closest value that it gets. This isn't perfect because of rounding errors in the calculation.
