The instantly iconic "hiking theme", commonly known as "Hollywood and Vines", appears in every season of LOST. It appears most prominently in the season 3 finale, "Through the Looking Glass" (which involves the biggest hike of all!), and every season finale that follows. In what can be considered a fairly self-aware move on Giacchino's part, the theme also has a tendency to appear in the episodes preceding the later season finales, indicating to the viewer that major events are about to unfold.
On Michael Giacchino's album "Exotic Themes for the Silver Screen", an Exotica-style version of the hiking theme appears in the track "Take A Hike". The theme is also associated with the season premiere of "Fringe", though this is a misconception - while "Hollywood and Vines" was used as temp score in a scene from the (leaked) first episode, it does not make an appearance on the actual show.
