Though extremely similar to the ‘Freighter crew motif’ introduced in “Confirmed Dead”, the ‘sneaky motif’ appears in the first three seasons of LOST alone, then mysteriously vanishes by the time the freighter arrives. Very sneaky, indeed! It's the third of three recurring motifs introduced within the first minute of “Tabula Rasa”.
