Beast Mastery Hunter is still one of the easiest ranged DPS specs, although Season 2 adds a little more resource and buff management than you might expect.
Fire Mage and Destruction Warlock are also incredibly approachable, while specs like Balance Druid, Frost Mage, Elemental Shaman, Devastation Evoker and Demonology Warlock land somewhere in the middle.
