Some of these results genuinely surprised me.
Arms Warrior went from being one of the biggest jokes at launch to becoming one of the strongest and most respected DPS specs in Mythic+. Frost DK completed one of the biggest turnarounds we've seen all expansion, while Frost Mage finally escaped meme status and became a legitimate contender.
On the other hand, specs like Arcane Mage, Balance Druid, Marksmanship Hunter and Devastation Evoker struggled to live up to expectations despite entering Midnight with a lot of hype behind them.
Then there are specs that never truly won or lost. The ones that remained solid, competitive and perfectly viable without ever becoming the center of attention.
