Not a good time for a blizzard... the busiest travel week of the year. Folks throughout the Salt Lake City area prep for 4 to 8 inches of snow and strong winds overnight tonight.

- The Local Radar with a 90 minute history loop is introduced.
- Many flavors (screen arrangements within a particular Local Forecast) are completely overhauled.
- The graphical Travel Cities Forecast is introduced, initially showing Hartford and listing New York as NY City.
