This is my 110 volt Bluetooth Speaker, it has no battery and must be plugged in to operate. I use it to listen to stuff on my phone. It only has one button for pairing Bluetooth devices and the volume is controlled by phone.
It is portable and rugged. I built the case of 3/4" particle board which I then covered with plastic laminate. MDF is recommended but I already had some particle board, it is just a small speaker and I took extra steps to glue and stabilize the stuff to bolster its inherit weaknesses. For my project, it will do.
Just a simple 2 full range speaker design so no crossover is needed.
I got some basic information about cabinet size and port size from https://www.diyaudioandvideo.com.
