I am happy to bring you this inspirational pole dance video today!
11 Beautiful and easy pole dance shapes to try on spinning pole.

Take it nice and easy, if you become scared, don't let go of the pole but let yourself slide down slowly to the floor.

On spinning it's important not to spin too fast at the beginning otherwise you can loose orientation.

I hope you like these moves, have fun recreating & trying them out.
