RigidBody & Player Controller (Part1) - Unity Tutorial

When I refer to "character controller" in this video I'm NOT referring to Unity's default CharacterController (docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/CharacterController.html). I'm generally referring to any kind of code that controls any character. I'm running this experiment because Unity's default CharacterController does NOT deal with the rigidbody but I want a controller that specifically deals with the rigidbody.
