A happier version of gen 1 Cinnabar Island music. Which is kinda unfit, seeing as this only plays at places with a prison, Saxifrage Island and Eagulou City.

Maybe the prisons are meant as a joke? They don't even confiscate your Pokemon when they throw you in!

This theme was first used in Pokémon Anniversary Crystal made earlier by the same dev team who helped made this hack.
