This year the book I chose as my Advent devotional is “Beholding Beauty: Mary and the Song of Songs” by Fr. Gregory Cleveland, OMV. I could only find the ebook version available in Canada so with Book Depository closed, I made my first order from Blackwells (and I’m sure won’t be my last). I love the medieval-esque logo on the envelope! ✨So far I’m a chapter and a half into the book and thoroughly enjoying it so far… it is making me consider Song of Songs, a fairly opaque book of the Bible, in a new light.
