Vanilla Yellow Cake Recipe:
- 115g softened Butter (1 stick)
- 100g Sugar (1/2 cup)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 160g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 80g Greek Yogurt 5% ( 1/3 cup)
- 120g Whole Milk (1/2 cup)
Fudge Frosting:
- 60g Softened Butter (4 1/2 tbsp)
- 60g Powdered Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 30g Unsweetened Cocoa ( 3 tbsp)
- 30g HOT Milk (2 tbsp)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Set aside on your kitchen counter for 20-30 min so it thickens up. Alternatively, if your kitchen is hot, you can put the frosting in the fridge. However don't leave it longer than 5-10 minutes or it will become hard!

- 250g (9 ounces) Penne
- 2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 of an onion
- 1 cup (250)g tomato sauce ( I used Mutti, basil)
- 1/3 (80g) cup Heavy Cream
- Fresh Basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmigiano

Chickpea Pizza Nuggets ( makes about 25 nuggets,about 3 portions)
- 400g (14 ounces) cooked Chickpeas
- 45g (1/4 cup) Bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 30g (1/4 cup) Parmigiano
- 1 clove of garlic grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Origano, basil, any herbs/ spices you like.
Be generous with the herbs/spices.
- Dry Mozzarella, cut into small cubes.
Process until smooth. If your mixture seems dry, you can add 2 tbsp of milk or water.
For the bread coating:
- Bread crumbs
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
-2 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk

- 20g (1½ tbsp) Melted Butter
- 15g (¾ tbsp) Sugar
- 45g (3 tbsp) Milk
- 35g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

Microwave on high anywhere between 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds!

- 140g (1 cup) self-raising flour
- 30g (2 tbsp) melted butter
- 140g yogurt (¾ cup)
Mix the ingredients until well combined. Roll out the dough and punch out the donuts. Fry until golden.
Toss in Cinnamon Sugar!
You can substitute the self rising flour for 140g all-purpose flour and 1½ tsp baking powder.

- 250g (1¾ cup) All purpose flour
- 80g (½ cup) Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 150g (1⅓ sticks) Cold butter cut into small pieces
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Strawberry jam
Combine the flour, sugar, salt and butter. Using your fingers, rub the butter into the flour. Look for pea-sized clumps.
Add the egg white and vanilla extract and mix until a dough forms. This will take some time! The mixture might seem too dry at first but be patient and continue to work the dough with your hands. Look for a smooth uniform dough.
Roll out the dough and cut out heart shaped cookies. Add jam and top with a lattice crust.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
For the top:
- Egg Wash for the croissants
- Sugar to sprinkle on top (optional)
Cut into little "squares", then divide into triangles and roll into croissants. Freeze for 5 minutes before baking! This allows the croissants to puff up beautifully. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180C (350F) for around 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Soft Crust Air Fryer Pizza :
- 100g All Purpouse Flour (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Yeast
- 60g Luke Warm Water (1/4 cup)
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
Quick no cook pizza sauce:
Mix tomato sauce with a drizzle of olive oil, basil, pinch of salt and garlic. You'll only need about 2-3 tbsp of sauce!
Add whatever toppings you like!

Amazing Devil's Food Cake:
240g Milk (1 Cup)
115g Butter ( 1 Stick)
100g Unsweetened Cocoa (1 cup)
180 Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt ( 3/4 cup)
300 g Sugar ( 1 1/2 cups)

140 flour ( 1 cup)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp coffee
Devil's Food Fudge Frosting:
80 unsweetened cocoa ( 3/4 cup)
1/2 tsp Salt
400g Powdered Sugar ( 3 1/4 cups )
150 soft butter ( 1 1/4 sticks, cut into small pieces)
120g Heavy Cream ( 1/2 cup)
Don't skip the salt in this frosting! It's a cross between buttercream and ganache. So it really needs the salt to balance out the sweetness.

Easy & Moist Carrot Cake :
115g Carrots, cut into chunks (1 and a half medium carrots)
100g any unflavored Oil (3.5 ounces or 1/2 cup)
1 egg
120g Milk (1/2 cup)
100g Brown Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vinegar
Bake at 160C or 320F for around 24-25 minutes. Do the toothpick test and don't over bake.
For the cream cheese frosting:
- 150g Cold Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 2/3 cups or 5.5 ounces Cream Cheese)
- 60g Powdered Sugar ( 1/2 cup, or add to your liking)
- 1 tsp Vanilla ( optional)

Lemon Drizzle: 2 tbsp powdered sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice.

- 115g (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter
- 75g Brown Sugar ( 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)

- 1 Medium room temperature Egg

- 140g Plain SWEET Yogurt ( 5 ounces ) Don't use greek yogurt.

Cook donuts for 4-5 minutes.

SUBSTITUTES:
**Sweetened Yogurt can be substituted for unsweetened yogurt and 1 tbsp of sugar.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Mug Cake
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 30 g (3 ½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- 1 ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Dollop of Peanut Butter
Leftover Halloween Candy Mug Cake
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 7 g ( ½ tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp) warm Milk
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Any Halloween Candy of your choice
Lofthouse Sugar Cookie Mug Cake:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
- 45 g (3 tbsp )warm Milk
- 35 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour

Air Fryer Birthday Cake Recipe ( Use TWO 8 inch or 20 cm pans):
- 110g (1 stick) Softened butter
- 40g (3 tbsp) Coconut oil or any flavorless oil of your choice
- 150g (¾ cup) sugar
- 1½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 room temp large Eggs
- 240g (1 ¾ cups) All purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 120g (½ cup) room temp Unsweetened yogurt
- 120g (½ cup) room temp Milk
- ½ tsp Salt
PLEASE READ: Be aware that cook timing MAY VARY between 25-30 minutes, based on your air fryer.

Air Fryer Donuts:
- 280 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp flour) All purpose flour
- 40 g (3 tbsp) Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Egg
- 120 g (½ cup) Whole milk
- 40 g (⅓ stick) Melted butter
- 7 g (1 packet) Dried yeast
For the glaze for donuts:
- 250 g (2 cups) Powdered sugar
- 75 g (⅔ stick) Butter
- 3 or 4 tbsp Milk, depending how thin you like your glaze
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Alternatively, if you don't want to glaze these, once the donuts come out of the airfryer and while they're still hot brush the donuts with melted butter and quickly toss them in cinnamon sugar.

150g Sugar (3/4 cup)
100g Melted Butter (3/4 stick) OR 1/2 cup Oil
2 room temp LARGE Eggs
2 Large Ripe Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla

1 Minute PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE for a 13 inch or 33 cm pan:
- 200g All Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup) If u can use a scale for this recipe.
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 150g Water ( 2/3 cup )
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Spread the crust thinly and bake for 8 minutes. Add toppings and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Please check my website for more tips!!
Tomato Sauce ( Quantity for the 13 inch pan):
- 120g Tomato Sauce ( 4.5 ounces)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Basil and any other seasonings of your choice.
The cheese I used is Fontal. You can use any melty cheese of your choice.
I prefer to not use mozzarella for this recipe as even the dry mozzarella may release some water.

Small batch of Edible Raw COOKIE DOUGH ( Makes 2 portions)
- 50g (6 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
- 30g ( 1½ tbsp unsalted Butter)
- 15g (1 tbsp) Brown Sugar
- 30g (2 tbsp) White Sugar
- ⅛ tsp Salt ( DO NOT SKIP THE SALT)
- 30g (2 tbsp) Milk
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

The cookie dough will be soft ( check minute 1:00) this is due to the melted butter and milk. I personally like it this way, but if u want a stiffer consistency you can pop it in the fridge ( check minute:1:08)

Microwave Cosmic MUG BROWNIE:
- 20 g (1½ tbsp) Butter
- 30 g (1 oz) Dark chocolate - 70% cocoa
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Sugar
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Milk
- 40 g (4 tbsp) All purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Mini chocolate candies/M&MS
For the topping melt in the microwave 30g of Chocolate (1 oz) with 2 tsp of Milk.
This melts really quickly, so careful to not burn your chocolate.

1 Minute microwave CAKE POPS -THE EASIEST WAY TO MAKE CAKE POPS
Recipe:
- 60g Butter (1/2 stick)
- 60g Sugar (5 tbsp)
- 120g Milk (1/2 cup)
- 100g All Purpose Flour (2/3 cup)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Divide the batter in half and to one half add 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder and 3 tbsp of milk.
