Roberts2023-01-20 | Gervonta Tank Davis lived a CRAZY life (it's a MIRACLE he survived). He slept in the street. He raised himself. It's a MIRACLE he survived his childhood given his tumultuous upbringing and unbelievable life story (that's why I don't think Ryan Garcia or anyone else will beat him). He's built different. Because what he had to overcome just to get to where he is hard to believe. Gervonta's mom lost custody of him and his older brothers at age 5. Gervonta's father was incarcerated. He was raised by his grandmother.. until a certain point. But for the most part, he raised himself. He was able to travel and see the world thanks to his talent, hard work, discipline, and drive. But he lost friends and endured unimaginable hardships. Thanks to his coaches who instilled a drive and belief in him, we have him here. How his story isn't more a part of the boxing news circulating today, I don't know. But there's a lot to learn, in terms of life advice, and advice on how to succeed, from him. This Gervonta Davis interview I did is akin to a documentary, given the depth he goes into some standout moments from his childhood. Thanks for watching and please subscribe to support the channel for more interviews.CRAZY Gervonta Davis Story: I Slept Outside The GymBrian J. Roberts2023-01-20 | Gervonta Davis, also known as "Tank" Davis, shares a motivating childhood story of when he started boxing as kid growing up in Baltimore that motivate you like nothing else. In this clip from my full Gervonta Davis interview, Tank talks about his early days of training, staying focused, disciplined, and how he used to sleep outside of the gym even though the daycare center next door mistook him for a homeless person, a junky, and called the police on him, Tank Davis was not deterred and continued to pursue his passion for boxing. He mentions that at that time, there were many other people who had lost focus and were motivated by money, but for him, it was always about his love for the sport. He emphasizes that his motivation and dedication to training were what led him to become a successful boxer. He serves as an inspiration for those looking for motivation in their training and for those who are passionate about boxing. spoke to me about the proliferation of #selfhelp books, but how no one discussed the reality of power and how some people will do anything to get it. Even if it means "sticking a knife in your back with a smile." Greene was naive to this at the beginning of his career, and you might know that this can lead to painful moments, which can last for years. Greene was motivated by his personal experience to write a book that exposed the reality of how some people in Hollywood, business and politics can be.50 Cent Talks About Eminem: If You Cross Him Youll Pay For ItBrian J. Roberts2022-12-02 | 50 Cent and Eminem have been friends for more than 20 years. In this short clip from my new 50 Cent interview, 50 Cent shouts out Eminem, talks about how important their relationship is, and responds to potential foes, saying he would react to any disrespect towards Eminem in a way that he wouldn't. (I'll let you infer what 50 Cent is implying). Let's all be grateful that none of the major Eminem beefs or 50 Cent beefs escalated too far.
In this clip from my new 50 Cent interview, 50 Cent gives his reaction to the latest Kanye West news, saying Ye's loss of his brand deals with Adidas and others hasn't needed a press release, because tragedy is the ultimate entertainment, given the speed and degree of coverage surrounding him.
50 also says Kanye doesn't have a team partly because of the white lives matter comments, and partly because of his comments regarding Jewish people. 50 Cent also speaks on the response he got for saying via Instagram he would build a school with Ye in Houston.
He also makes a comparison to Sandy Hook and Alex Jones, versus Ye's comments on George Floyd. In this clip from my new 50 Cent interview, 50 Cent compares Eminem via Cleaning Out My Closet, and Tupac, via Dear Mama, as artists and the perspectives they offered between White America and Black America.
To paraphrase 50's point: with Eminem's mom, drug usage was a part of her experience, and with Tupac's mom, drug usage was a part of her experience too. But the tones of anger are where the differences between them are. Whereas Eminem's anger is over how things should've been, versus Tupac, it was a term of endearment, accepting things as they are, represents the White American perspective vs Black American perspective.50 Cent: 9 Shots To 9 Figures (Full Interview)Brian J. But Mike Tyson says you need drive to succeed in life. To achieve your goals you must test yourself. That's what drive is, and although motivation and drive are both goal oriented terms, there's an important difference in their definitions.
What does motivation mean? The definition of motivation is, “the willingness to do something, or something that causes willingness.” What does drive mean? The definition of motivation is, “a planned effort to achieve something.” Iron Mike didn't become the fiercest fighter to ever step in a boxing ring and fight off of just motivation. He had drive. He was driven.
And if you want to succeed, its drive you need, not motivation. Success isn't easy. Therefore, you will always lose motivation. But if you have a plan, and a planned effort to achieve a goal, motivation will come from within.

This interview captures why Mike is a legend, beloved by so many. In a world that appears more divided by the day, we can all agree that Mike Tyson's boxing was breathtaking to watch. He was a pugilist without a peer. But he's a remarkable person, too–an anomaly unlike any other.
Mike Tyson is a gentle soul. Despite his ferocity as a fighter, he is as sharp a thinker as he was a striker. There's no one like him. So it was an honor to talk with the Champ for 12 minutes.

I ask him why and couldn't help but laugh–nervously–thinking what new 50 Cent music would sound like today if he had to match the energy and shock value of Cardi B's "WAP" or similar records of the day. Roberts2021-12-14 | According to 50 Cent, the business world is more ruthless than the streets. It's a place where a robbery can come with a smile and a handshake, not a confrontation like it would in the streets. This clip is one of the best 50 Cent quotes, evidenced by the millions of views it's gotten elsewhere, from my classic 50 Cent interview, where he highlights the stark contrast between street smarts and business smarts. Few are as book-smart, street-smart, and business-savvy as Curtis Jackson. Pay attention as he offers some of his best advice on business–and life. This was a prophetic quote, given the multi-year, multi-million dollar lawsuit 50 Cent now has vs Beam Suntory, Julious Grant, Michael Caruso, and others, alleging fraud and more.
