It was an epic LA Food tour!Two Hands Seoul Corn Dog (California Market) - Wild and delicious Korean-style corn dogs in a large outdoor market in Koreatown.Sun Nong Dan - Traditional Korean Galbi Jjim, which is braised beef short rib and back rib, served in a giant pot with rice cakes, potatoes and vegetables. For a bonus (not traditionally Korean), you can add freshly melted cheese on top!Papa's Chicken - Korean fried chicken wings, and one of the best fried chickens I've ever had. The crunch of the Korean fried chicken was out of this world, and it's because they use rice flour!Soowon Galbi - The best Korean BBQ in Koreatown Los Angeles! Here is the list of the five taco trucks and restaurants we visited:Tacos Y Birria La Unica - This taco truck on Olympic Blvd near downtown Los Angeles is serving up delicious tacos and Birria. We start with their famous quesobirria taco, which is slow-cooked goat meat and cheese. You have to dip the birria taco into the consume for the full experience.Carnitas el Momo - A family-run make-shift street kitchen, Carnitas el Momo is known for their carnitas tacos. I can officially say, these are some of the best carnitas tacos in Los Angeles, and most likely the world. Make sure you go early because the carnitas tacos do sell out.Sonoratown - Sonora-style Carne Asada tacos in downtown Los Angeles. Slow cooked beef and pinto beans with roasted chilis and all the fixings makes this absolutely one of the best tacos in Los Angeles. It's just a pain to park, and there is a lot of chaos around. If you want a true LA experience, you gotta come to Sonoratown!Tacos Bajas - I love my fish tacos in San Diego and Baja California, so I have a high bar for Baja-style fish tacos. While I wouldn't put Tacos Bajas at the very top of my best tacos in Los Angeles list, they can definitely hold their own if this is the style taco you're craving. Tacos a Cabron - We actually didn't plan on visiting Tacos a Cabron on Atlantic Blvd but the smoke and crowd pulled us in. This street taco setup in Los Angeles is as authentic as it gets. They feature a massive setup of everything from ribs and carne asada to pastor and chorizo tacos. The pictures of Hollywood celebrities who've visited Pink's hang on the walls, and the staff is incredibly friendly.Canter's Deli - Since 1931, this is a Los Angeles institution and it's open 24 hours. Many Hollywood actors can also be seen at this late night LA restaurant eating their famous Corned Beef and Ruben sandwiches. Canter's is also known for their matzo ball soup and lox.Leo's Tacos Truck - There are a million taco trucks in Los Angeles, but none better than Leo's Tacos Truck on La Brea Ave. Leo's serves up a variety of tacos including their delicious Pastor Tacos as well as my personal favorite, cabeza.Original Tommy's World Famous Hamburgers - I guess it's all in the name. Since 1946 Tommy's has been serving their famous chili-cheese burger to everyone in Los Angeles.Most people know about the hyped up In-and-Out Burger, but Tommy's is a local LA favorite.Overall, I think my favorite LA Late Night food spot had to be Leo's Taco Truck, but Canter's Deli was also a great restaurant.
