M23 Bunker Spooky Explore Was we alone?????

GERfusion, Jimny Driver & Outdoor Adventure Seeker 2024-01-05 | Hello Sports Fans, this is our visit to Merstham AAOR just off the M23. Originally part of Pendell Army Camp this Anti Aircraft Command operations room was in service from 1951 until 1960 when the camp was removed to make way for the M23.
The site was taken over in the early 1960s and allocated to the Metropolitan Police and remained in their possession until 1991.

We made our way along the front of the Operations Building to see if we could find a way in. Luckily the gate has been removed and there is a large hole in the wall to climb in to.
You’ll notice that almost immediately, Dan becomes uneasy, scanning his surroundings apprehensively.
With my senses heightened I hesitantly edged into the building to see for myself. Meanwhile, Dan rummaged around in the debris outside to fashion himself a makeshift weapon for protection.
As I try to justify to Dan, and myself that it was just the noise of the water dripping down from the ceiling and playing tricks with our minds. We navigated onwards towards the left and rear of the building.
At this point as we anxiously progressed around the corner we both heard the sound of voices conversing to each other coming from somewhere inside. Annoying, the sound quality on my GoPro doesn’t seem to pick it up.
Both of us instantly turned and retreated towards the entrance. I wasn’t sure where the voices came from and I was worried that there may be someone outside that we could hear trying to get in.
I covered my head torch and sheepishly peered my head out of the doorway to listen.
We actually ended up coming back the following week, unfortunately, in vain as we couldn’t gain access because the opening had been boarded up. We did however manage to explore the outer edge of the command centre and found a small hatchway into a creepy side boiler room.
Regrettably we just couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling that we was experiencing but after a few deep breaths, we decided to continue with our exploration.
Looking down the corridor it seemed somebody was inhabiting the small room in the corner. A blanket was laid down and a table overturned with some material neatly hung on the legs.
I didn’t say anything to Dan at the time as I didn’t want to worry him.

We wasted most of our first day in Newquay uploading Day 4. We started off at Benn Park and drove into the very busy Newquay town centre. Spent Most of the day in the Mix Café but eventually we go to explore. Finding a place to stay wasn't easy but using the Park4night app we found a nice little place called Higher Hendra Holidays to rest our heads. Then it was back to Fistral Beach to try my luck at Surfing. We then moved on to Wheal Coates an old mine for an explore after that.

Maybe a slightly better way of making a vacuum. Partially seal the top leaving a small gap in the corner as before. Instead of using the straw, Fill a vassal full of water and submerge your pouch in it, leaving the top exposed. This will push all the remaining air out. Pinch the corner and seal the rest of the bag.

Do not use the hair straighteners near water take the bag away. Electricals near water can be very dangerous!

How I make Apple Cider. The easy way

Hello Sports Fans, this is a short video of the last batch of cider I made.

Step 1 pick apples
Step 2 add yeast to a cup of warm water with some sugar. (Wine, beer or cider yeast will be fine).
Step 3 Cut apples up into smaller bits and remove any damaged bits.
Step 4 Put into a blender and blend to a fine pulp.
Step 5 Rinse a pillowcase with water and add apple pulp into case. (Fresh clean or new pillowcase).
Step 6 Add to press and extract juice.
Step 7 Add brewing sugar to a large container. (Caster sugar will work).
Step 8 Add juice to a large container.
Step 9 Add yeast to the mix.
Step 10 put an air lock in the top. (You can use a balloon with a pin prick in the top).
Step 11 Store in cool dry place.
Step 12 Wait for fermentation to stop. (Juice will be clear with no more bubbles. 2 to 4 weeks).
Step 13 Syphon into separate bottles. (Add a teaspoon of granulated sugar to the bottle to add a sparkle).

Exploring Secret Tunnels Underground Grain Fort in Kent

GERfusion, Jimny Driver & Outdoor Adventure Seeker 2022-09-23 | Hello Sports Fans, this is a short video we made when exploring some 18th century underground tunnels close to Grain Fort in Kent.

Fist large bunker is located @ ///pitch.nurse.swear There is a bench at the top of the hill located @ ///canny.daring.yours You will see grass cuttings that have been dumped there follow them down the hill into a small opening you should see the entrance.

Unfortunately when we visited the second bunker I didn’t take note of the exact Location. From memory the entrance is roughly in the bushes that run parallel to the sea. I’ve put a Wha3words on the path you need to walk down. @ ///grape.digital.fists . Keep the sea to your left and look for gaps in the trees and bushes on the right hand side of you. Keep walking in the direction of the Medway. It will open up to a clearing in the wooded. You should see the entrance. Use my video for more details.

I hope you enjoy it, it’s a little bit different to my normal content, so please let me know if you like this kind of thing. It was quite tough making it and finding the info out.

I got most of the information off the line and witching other videos. My pictures are from Google images. This video takes inspiration from a popular streaming sight series. Enjoy

Lyminster has a dragon legend of which many different versions exist. There are hundreds of different dragons of the world but Sussex is home to a species of dragon known as the Knucker dragon. “Knucker” is a dialect word for a sort of water Dragon. The word comes from the Old English “nicor” which means "water monster". The Knucker inhabited a supposedly bottomless pool known as the Knucker Hole and is situated just to the north of Lyminster.
Some believe a knight took up the challenge to slew the beast.
Others say it was a local lad named Jim Puttock who outwitted the dragon. The story’s of Jim Puttock’s method of defeat over the serpent vary slightly but most agree that the outcome was the same. I will be telling you the most common version.

I tricked my friends into camping in the most haunted woodland in the UK, Clapham Wood!! 👻🧙🏻‍♀️😅

GERfusion, Jimny Driver & Outdoor Adventure Seeker 2022-08-19 | Hello Sports Fans, Clapham Wood is a woodland area in Clapham, West Sussex, England, which paranormal enthusiasts believe to be a locus of UFO sightings, Satanic cult activity, deaths, and lost or sick pets.

Adding to the forests mystery is the distinct lack of wildlife reported in the wood. The still air, feeling of sickness and an uncanny sense of dread increases the woodlands strange and eerie persona.

At the heart of Clapham Wood towers a large old beach tree, locally know as the Witching Tree. This has become synonymous for satanic rituals and even the sacrifice of animals. Some go as far as to say human sacrifice too.

On a lighter note the gnarly old Beach tree is also believed to be the home of fairies, possibly due to the deep nooks and crevices dotted over it’s foreboding canopy. It is not uncommon to see peace offerings that have been left by passers bye in return for good luck.

It is often linked to the nearby Cissbury and Chanctonbury Rings which is also associated similar eerie circumstances.

Between 1972 and 1981, the bodies of four people were found dead in the woods. These bodies consisted off a Police Constable, a Pensioner, a Reverend and a Homeless Man to whom had been brutally murdered.
All of which went missing under mysterious circumstances!

I have known about the woodland for many years and heard the stories but always wanted to spend the night under the woods thick dark canopies.

Convincing my friends to come with me was always going to be the tricky part. So that’s why I didn’t tell them where we were going.

All that they had been briefed was that I had found a nice old woodland in West Sussex I wanted to camp in. I just hoped that they didn’t see the sign for Clapham as we drove into the village.
