Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and the start of a new project video series. It has been a good while since I made a video series on a project that I was working through and, since I have recently started a totally unplanned project, I thought it would be a good time to start another series.
So what is the project? A couple of weeks ago on the Plastic Crack Podcast, we were discussing historic battles and I mentioned that I had always had an interest in Rorke's Drift from the Anglo-Zulu war, made famous by the most awesome film Zulu. I was asked if I had ever considered starting a wargaming project based on this to which I said I couldn't see myself doing anything like that.....fast forward a couple of weeks and I have made a start on a Zulu project!
This is the first part in what will be an ongoing video series as I make my way through the project into what will hopefully end up being a rather sizeable and interesting looking Zulu army.
In this video, I'll show you the first completed unit and command base and my plans for the second video.
