Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel and after what seems like an eternity, I am back to building and painting Bolt Action! In recent months, my enthusiasm for painting Bolt Action seemed to completely disappear and I have spent my time working on other periods, conflicts and systems.
However I knew that I always wanted to return to Bolt Action so I have started a new project that will hopefully keep me enthused and interested enough to see through to completion.
This video is part one of what will be a blog series updated as I work my way through the project. Hopefully this will show you how I go about planning and building a project but also show the painting and modelling progress I make.
I have chosen a late war US Mechanised Tank Destroyer Platoon from the D-Day US Sector book as it is a really interesting theatre selector with quite a few vehicles that will be great for modelling and some interesting scenario based games of Bolt Action. The list is;
1 x M10 tank destroyer - command vehicle
2 x M10 tank destroyers
1 x HQ team - First Lieutenant
1 x regular 10 man infantry squad
2 x bazooka teams
1 x 2.5 ton truck
I am really looking forward to getting back and stuck into a new Bolt Action project and I hope you will join me on my project's journey!
