I didn't feel like continuing Negowser Matters, so let's move on with ZA2 already :D
This hack will revive the Cyclone Fighter formula by having linear levels again, but trying to improve on the latter. I plan to have 5 worlds with 3 main levels each and a fortress with boss fight. Expect a hack with around 35 or 40 stars.

When I first listened to Pandora Palace from Deltarune, I know this would fit like a glove an anguished, yet determined villian like Negowser.
I was just unsure of the instrumentation. After a while, I finally decided to switch the harpiscord for the ol church organ, and I think its perfect now.
Negative Realm - Negowsers Castle is the twelftth (second-to-last) course in Ztar Attack 3. Although its completely optional, this level is very important plotwise and should also have some sense of story as you collect its stars.")

If you are wondering, I used a savestate at the star select screen essentially to give myself infinite lives. Everything else is 100% savestateless.
