When I first listened to Pandora Palace from Deltarune, I know this would fit like a glove an anguished, yet determined villian like Negowser.
I was just unsure of the instrumentation. After a while, I finally decided to switch the harpiscord for the ol' church organ, and I think it's perfect now.
Negative Realm - Negowser's Castle is the twelftth (second-to-last) course in Ztar Attack 3. Although it's completely optional, this level is very important plotwise and should also have some sense of story as you collect its stars.

If you are wondering, I used a savestate at the star select screen essentially to give myself infinite lives. Everything else is 100% savestateless.
