Disney's Zootopia has an interesting connection to an old tv show. One of the great things about Zootopia is that it stands out from other things Disney has done and it took liberties to create a world both new and familiar. One of the ways it felt familiar was connecting it to a show like NYPD Blue or other cop dramas, but the creators didn't mean to connect it to 21 Jump Street and it was just a coincidence.
